By accessing or using our services, including bespoke floral arrangements, wedding and event floral design, corporate floral services, floral workshops, plant retail, gift hampers, sustainable floristry, and flower subscriptions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 3. Ordering and Payment
- Product Availability: All products and services displayed on our online platform are subject to availability. Due to the seasonal nature of fresh flowers and plants, substitutions of similar value and style may be necessary. We will endeavor to inform you of any significant substitutions.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes will be added where necessary.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time an order is placed through our online platform or confirmed for custom services. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform.
- Cancellations and Refunds:
- For standard online orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up time for a full refund.
- For wedding, event, and corporate floral services, specific cancellation and refund policies will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
- For floral workshops, refunds for cancellations may be available if notification is received a specified number of days in advance, as detailed during registration. Rescheduling may be an option.
- No refunds will be issued for perishable goods once they have been delivered or collected, unless there is a significant quality issue reported within 6 hours of receipt.
4. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery Areas: We offer delivery services within specified areas in Singapore. Please check our delivery policy on the website for detailed information regarding coverage and charges.
- Delivery Times: While we endeavor to meet requested delivery times, these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or severe weather.
- Recipient Availability: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left in a safe place, returned to our premises for collection, or subject to re-delivery charges.
